Jeffrey Keating: Florist, Owner
Floral experience:
Jeff has been working with flowers and flower deliveries since 2002. Managing to be well known in the floral industry within that time shows his dedication and committment to all areas of floral delivery service.

Customer Service:
Though not dealing directly with flowers and gift hampers, Jeff has had many years in the retail trade working for such companies as David Jones, Myer and Holeproof in mangement and sales positions.
His affable nature and generous spirit have enhanced his understanding of your floral requirements and special occasions needs while also keeping in touch with fashion trends and top line gift hamper products.
Using the skills he has learned while in these companies, Jeff has now adapted them to his new floristry position to fully benefit you and your special occasion.

Art/Design History:
Designing for Holeproof for over ten years, Jeff's design flair has now adapted itself to stunning flower presentations and delightful gift hampers. The Adidas three stripe logo amongst some of his best known designs, Jeff commits himself to the research required to attain the best suppliers and deliverers of your floral arrangements and gift needs you need delivered on time.

Frank Kiraly: Principal Florist

Floral Experience:
Frank has been amazing customers and delighting recipients of his creative floral arrangements and fresh flowers since October 1999. Working at several floristry establishments, Franks creative flower arrangements and beautiful attention to detail have developed and matured to a professionalism deserving of the title Head Florist. Always experimenting with fresh flowers of all types, not only roses, Frank has created many a floral arrangement to inspire and impress.

Customer Service:
Having been in the floristry business for several years, dealing with customer service in his own flower shop came easily. Before developing skills in fresh flower arrangement and floral relay services, Frank was dealing with many satisfied customers in the non- floristry trade of jewellery sales whilst studying for his degree. Working for companies like Dunklings;Angus and Coote as a Casual Sales Consultant helped develop his customer service skills. His creative talent more readily adapted themselves however to flower arranging and creative floristry while bringing with him an eye for design and appreciation of quality from the jewellery experience.

Art/Design:
Creative talent in floristry stemmed from Frank's 10 years at varying art schools. The closest he came to stunning flower arrangements and flower design was drawing the occasional fresh flower at the TAFE courses and University courses he achieved such as his ACAD(Painting) ACAD(Printmaking) FIA(Printmaking) BA-Fine Art(Printmaking) BA-Honours 1st class(Printmaking). After ten years at art schools, bouquet arrangements and floral arrangements proved a welcome and rewarding change.

The Shirley Club often purchase giftware and bouquets for their social club functions and prizes while we keep an eye out for any Shirleys out their interested in joining the club also.

-Flowers and More opens 8am - depending on flower pick up from markets and wholesalers barring illness, no later than 9am.
-Flowers and More closes 6pm - depending on late order deliveries, weddings and accounting nights this may vary from 5pm to 11pm depending on circumstances.
Saturday
-Flowers and More opens 8am - depending on flower pick up from markets and wholesalers and early morning wedding deliveries.
closing anytime after 1pm usually 2pm on average, 4pm at the latest.
Sunday closed except for special flower selling days such as Mother's Day, and Valentine's Days/ Christmas Eves that fall on Sunday.
Flowers and More Special Occasion Days

# Valentine's Day February 14th- Flowers and More are open from 7am to 11pm all day even if we sell out of roses as we have other flowers available and Valentine's Day themed toys, bears and paraphenalia. WARNING- if you forgot V'day and you call in the morning, we may not be there till 11am due to being very VERY tired. But if you order on line, we can still organize it when we get in the next working day.

# Mother's Day- Second Sunday of May in Australia- Flowers and More are open late the Friday night before, 10pm-ish, All day from 8am to 8pm on Saturday-maybe later- and Sunday from 7am till 6pm, possibly later depending on purchasing traffic and deliveries.

# Father's Day-Closed

# Christmas- We are open gradually later and later from regular business hours the closer we get to Christmas with Sunday trading usually on the Sunday prior to Christmas. PLEASE NOTE that on Christmas Eve we will close once we are sold out of flowers as we have friends and family to celebrate with also. We will close the shop and the website for 3 weeks holiday from and including the 25th of December.
Holidays and Days off

# 3 weeks over Christmas, New Years, Flowers and More come back mid month of January(17th-ish)

# January 26th- Apart from Australia Day, This is also Frank from Flowers and More's birthday so we all get a day off...it is also a national holiday in Australia.

# Labour day In March- Flower's and More celebrate Labour Day! by taking the day off as part of the National Holiday.

# EASTER- Whenever Easter is, Flowers and More take off Good Friday through to Easter Monday and are back to work on Tuesday.

# April 25th- ANZAC Day- National Holiday- another Day off.

# May 6th- Jeff From Flowers And More's Birthday but we don't have the day off then, only jeff does if he wants.

# June - Queen's Birthday long weekend- We take this holiday off From Saturday through to Monday, however our talented and capable girls run the shop on this day so we are still open Saturday 8am-2pm only. Back on deck on Tuesday.

# November- Melbourne Cup- First Weekend of NovemberFlowers and More are closed from Sunday through to Tuesday as we prepare for the oncoming Christmas rush!

# Christmas Day-closed for 3 weeks.
