Shipping and Freight

Flowers and More are able to deliver flowers anywhere in Australia. All orders are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). All orders received in our office by 11:00am EST will be for same day delivery. (Saturday Delivery, must be placed before 10am EST, for same day delivery. There are NO Deliveries on Sundays.)
Flowers and More will do their utmost to deliver any same day orders received between 11:00am EST and 3:00pm EST however can not guarantee same day delivery or delivery before 6:00pm EST. Any orders received after 3:00pm EST will be considered NEXT Day delivery and will be delivered the next working day( exceptions apply to local to Flowers and More deliveries and will be at the discretion of the executing florist in receipt of your order from Flowers and More).
Alternatively you can specify a particular delivery date in advance of the current date on the order form. All flowers are delivered fresh from local florists, made up freshly on the delivery date!

Mother's Day Flower Deliveries are all Accepted and Delivered, but must be ordered by a certain time for guarantee for Mother's Day. If orders placed before cut off time, orders will be delivered as requested. (Delivery on Sunday, for Mother's Day, can be arranged.)

Valentine's Day Floral Deliveries are all Accepted and Delivered, but must be ordered by a certain time for guarantee for delivery on Valentine's Day. Usually by 4pm AUS EST on Valentine's Day. Should Valentine's Day occur on a Sunday, delivery of your treasured Valentine's flowers can be arranged.

Secretary's & Office Professional's Day Floral Deliveries are all Accepted and Delivered, but must be ordered by a certain time for guarantee for delivery on Secretary's & Office Professional's Day. Usually by 2pm AUS EST on Secretary's & Office Professional's Day. To ensure your floral delivery is delivered to your intended worker, no orders can be accepted after 2pm as Flowers & More can not guarantee delivery to a work place by standard closing time 5pm EST.

No Christmas Day Floral Deliveries are Accepted or Delivered. Flowers and More will be closed as of 2pm EST Christmas Eve and as such, no orders can be received for same day delivery or Christmas Day delivery after this time. Should you wish for flowers or Gift Hamper delivery for Christmas Day, orders must be placed well in advance to guarantee delivery prior to Christmas Eve or on Christmas Eve. Three (3) working days prior to delivery date for gift Hampers and a minimum of one (1) working day for floral gifts and arrangements.

It demands that everyone - from the grower, to the wholesaler, to the retailer - work together as a team to bring quality floral products to consumers.

Flowers and More has three key principals to a successful business. Firstly, we must have a good team of members. Secondly, we pay attention to the small things that matter to you the customer and thirdly, we provide exceptional service to ensure the customer's satisfaction. Flowers and More is committed to its Customers. We believe in doing all we can to support and provide the finest service in the floral industry.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund back to your credit card (less a $10.00 administration charge). We are unable to offer a refund on the day of dispatch as the flowers and gifts will already be on the way.
(This applies to all orders, placed via the Web Site)
Should Flowers and More be unable to complete your order, a full refund may be applied for through our contact us page once a full examination of why we were unable to complete your order is made(please allow a minimum of two working days and a maximum of five working days for Flowers and More to do so).
Deliveries
In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order.

If in advent you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver your order with a additional $10.00 delivery charge.

If the recipient is not at the delivery address you have given, our expert couriers will do the best to leave the flowers in a safe location with a Notice of Delivery card in the letter box, or on the front door.

If however we are unable to find a safe location our drivers will bring your flowers back , and we will contact the sender to arrange a new deliver time and date, in this situation we will charge an additional $10.00 delivery and admin fee.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.

Flowers and More are not dedicated to invading anyones privacy. Therefore we do not sell, rent or give away any visitor or member information that is collected from within the site.

All the personal information we collect is kept completely confidential and is only used to keep track of orders, newsletter memberships, competition entries and to keep you informed of what is happening at Flowers and More.

Flowers and More may at times contain links to other sites. Flowers and More is not responsible for the information contained in these sites, or their privacy policies.

You have the choice to opt-out of receiving our newsletters or any other communications from us at any time.

Security
All Payments are processed and protected by the Paypal Gateway. This means that all payments are protected by the Paypal secure purchasing system, giving the best in encryption technology available.

All Credit card information provided is protected from all including Flowers & More staff.

  Should you wish to purchase by payment over the phone, all card details are destroyed once payment is made. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure you have the correct phone numbers and card details for us to use otherwise all orders will be cancelled should payment not be made. Flowers & More shall endeavour to contact you should any errors occur and to correct any problems however should Flowers & More receive incorrect contact details, we are unable to continue with your order until further notice from you.

Should orders have been made on a missing or stolen card to Flowers and More before reporting of missing or stolen card, Flowers and More can not be held responsible for acceptance of payment either on-line or by phone.

We guarantee that delivery will be made on the date specified.

However, only deliveries to funerals can be specified with regard to time.
