 Exchange, Returns & Refunds Policy

Dear customers!

We sincerely appreciate your love and trust in selecting our products. Nonetheless, your complete satisfaction remains our utmost priority! 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, don’t worry, we're here with you!

We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery. You can return your product for an unlimited expiried store credit, or, an alternative product.  

Please be advised that for all other reasons except damaged products, you will be required to pay for the return postage and delivery fee if you want an alternative product.

Delivery fees and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted in the total order before generating store credit for you.

All Flower Arrangement products which are all made to order unfortunately are not accepted for returns or provide exchanges to any reasons except being broken or damaged. 

Making a video of the process while you are opening the box is the best way to ensure fairness for both you and us if an unfortunate situation may occur during the shipping process. We are extremely grateful to our customers for that activity.

The following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Items must have no visible signs of damage or dirt.

To return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

In the case of the damaged products, all problem must be informed within 48 hours of delivery in written notice with your details includes full name, contact phone, order number, attach photo evidence and explain the unexpected problems.

We will be in touch with you as soon as possible. 

Please be advised that you would be required to return the items to us for inspection and it may be required you return the item before any refunds or replacements are sent out.
